Why can’t I download the pack?
No client pack has been published yet. This preview will not offer a download until a clean installation and real connection have been tested.
Why does the status stay on PRELAUNCH?
The game has not launched. During preparation, the status dock deliberately makes no server-status request and cannot report online, offline, or player counts. A separately accepted game-live release will enable those checks later.
What should I save when testing begins?
Keep the launcher log, exact error message, or crash report. Those details will help distinguish a pack issue from a Java, graphics, memory, or network problem. Remove access tokens, email addresses, and unrelated personal information before posting a log publicly.
